Another day without much time for photography. These images were taken as I walked from one meeting venue to another.

Park-like vista Plenty of greenery here! You’d never think that we’re in the middle of a drought. The grounds are (mostly) well looked after and are certainly a welcome relief from the crisp brown land outside town.

Tilted bench I’m not sure if this bench would actually support somebody’s weight. Even if it did I’m sure they’d fight a losing battle to remain comfortable.

New leaf The magic light of filtered sun illuminates a brand new leaf.

Australia Post letter box A burst of a different colour amidst the greenery of the previous photographs. The red Australia Post mail box sits to the side of a small courtyard.

At the old gasworks I took a trip down to the old gasworks at lunchtime today. The gasworks, which first saw the light of day in the late 19th century, haven’t been
