Some photographs from an aimless wander around outside my office at lunchtime today.
An audioBlog accompanies these photographs [3 Mbytes, 5 min 35 sec duration]. The audio commentary is also distributed as a podcast. You need to subscribe to my RSS2 feed towards the bottom of the right hand column on this page and you need to use aggregator software capable of utilising this. The photographs are also included within the .mp3 file. View them via iTunes artwork, for example.

I really enjoy the shape and lines of this style of roof. In this case the scene is further enhanced by the vista behind it.
This young magpie seemed quite happy to watch me as I walked around it.
Callistemon in flower.
An unknown plant. I don’t recall ever seeing a flower such as this before.
The plant is probably an Anigozanthos (Kangaroo paw).
