I guess I should stop calling the audioBlog “experimental”. This is the 25th audio commentary in 25 days. Next week I’ll be testing out a different recording setup - so I’ll still call it experimental for a little while yet.

One of the purposes of lookANDsee is to record events and incidents I see around me. Today we had the first serious-looking bushfire of the season - actually it’s a little early. It may just have been a “controlled” burn for fire hazard reduction, although it sure looked larger than most burn-offs I’ve seen.
The smoke trails for kilometres. The white smoke indicates, I think, that it’s a grass fire, rather than heavily wooded areas, burning.
