Mail delivery points
A common sight on rural roads. The point to which the mail contractor delivers the mail. It seems standard that people build them with an internal rack to sit the mail upon (to keep the mail and papers from sitting in any water that’s accumulated), and a stone to weigh down any the contents to stop it blowing away.
